DuCanTan's journey began in 2022 when Chad Harbola decided to launch his business with the intent of making a tangible difference in the Business World.
With over 25+ years of hands-on transformation experience in Consumer Packaging Goods, Healthcare, and Telecom sectors, he has a diverse background working with companies ranging from Fortune 50 to medium and small businesses.
Chad is joined by a diverse and dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about what we do.
Together they are DuCanTan, and always looking for new opportunities to learn, grow, and collaborate.

Chad is a dynamic ground up leader who believes that each person possesses traits, when nurtured effectively, can drive substantial change, and enhance our world.
He is known for his client centricity and delivering on his commitments.
Chad is enthusiastic about Startups, aiding their swift growth by driving Digitization and setting up back-office operations to drive required efficiencies and scale.
Real estate is another interest he shares with his spouse, Meera Harbola, a Real Estate Associate Broker in Michigan where they assist their clients with both Residential and Commercial property needs.
Outside of his professional life, Chad enjoys playing Golf, long distance running and nurturing his family.

Meera is an Associate Broker (Real Estate), REALTOR® based out of Southeast Michigan. She is passionate about the industry and has spent over 10 years handling real estate needs of clients in Canada and the USA. She is a certified ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist). She has extensive experience working with First Time Buyers, Move-Up Buyers, Relocation and Downsizing Sellers/ Buyers. Prior to Real Estate, Meera was a Human Resource professional working with Global companies like General Electric and Agilent Technologies.
An avid animal lover, she devotes herself to supporting the welfare and rights of all living beings, aiming to foster a world where every creature receives compassionate and respectful treatment.
Meera has earned her Bachelors in Economic Honors from Delhi University and MBA with specialization in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership and Development from Wilkes University.
